Reserved Seat: It is mandatory for reserved seats candidates to appear for interview (P.U. Teachers / Employees / Pharmaceutical Industry / Overseas Pakistani / Pharmacist Son / Daughter).

NOTE:-

The applicants for Reserved Seats and the candidates on the waiting list must keep in touch with College staff and regularly keep an eye on notice board.
Dues should be deposited in the concerned bank of the Department / College.
The candidates whose names appeared in the First or Second Merit List but they could not deposit fees for admission within stipulated dates, may also be considered in the Third Merit
List on their application/request subject to the availability of seats.
Fourth and Final merit list shall be prepared three times of the vacant seats (strictly) available from waiting list.
In case of any holiday announced by government, next working day will be considered.

Merit Calculation Formula

For F.Sc base candidates:

For B.Sc base candidates:

*Additional Marks: Hafiz-e-Quran = 20

Note:- For morning Class, two marks will be deducted from percent academic marks for each late session to a maximum of immediate last Five session.

Online application are invited from Punjab Domiciled candidates who has obtained at least 60% marks in F.Sc. (Pre-medical, B.Sc. (After 60% in F.Sc. Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination (Pre-Medical) for admission to Pharm. D. Session 2017-2022 of Regular (Morning) & Self Supporting (Evening) programme. To increase the chances of admission, candidates are encouraged to apply against reserved seats if they are eligible. Fee for each programme is Rs. 300/- and additional Rs. 100/- for any extra each Reserved Seat.

Eligibility:

The Criteria and the detail of reserved seats have been provided at PUCP Website and in the prospectus.
Only for morning, 2 marks will be deducted from percent academic marks for each late session to a maximum of immediate last five sessions. There is no marks deduction for evening self-supporting programme.

Admission on other Reserved Seats:

Detail of reserved seats and procedure for applying are mentioned on PUCP Website and in Prospectus.

Date for Applications:

The online portal for admission will be opened on 02-10-2017 and closed on 13-10-2017.

Note:

Application will be considered only if the fee is deposited within valid dates (i.e., 02-10-2017 to 13-10-2017)
Exclusion of any step given under Application Procedure will cause loss of admission right.
The incomplete application will not be entertained.
Limited Hostel accommodation is available on merit basis for students admitted under (Morning) programme, the University is not bound to provide hostel accommodation to each admitted student.
Hostel accommodation is not available for the students admitted under self-supporting (Evening) programme.
