Forms are available in the College w.e.f. 26-12-2016 and also available for downloading at www.pu.edu.pk/dpcc. Prescribed application forms duly filled in and supported by the attested copies of educational certificates / degrees must be submitted to the Admission Office of Punjab University College of Pharmacy by 04-01-2017 and not to the DPCC Office. The Written Test/Interview will be held in the Punjab University College of Pharmacy, Old Campus, Lahore at the time given by them according to the schedule given above:

Eligibility:

 

For M.Phil.:
Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree or its equivalent in the relevant subject from a HEC recognized University (At least 16 years of education; 130 credit hours) as per Higher Education Commission (HEC) rules.

 

For PhD
M.Phil.or equivalent degree with minimum CGPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 / 70% OPM / first division as per HEC rules.

 

The candidates must have to qualify the written test with 50% marks for M.Phil and 70% for PhD.

 

HEC awardees under indigenous scholarship scheme are encouraged to apply.

 

The candidate must obtain >19 out of 40 marks in academic merit (merit formula table is available at www.pu.edu.pk/dpcc ) to be eligible for taking written test.

 

Rs.500/- / Bank Challan as processing and examination fee must be submitted in relevant department before or at the time of test in case of form sent by post.

 

Application received after due date 04-01-2017 shall not be entertained.
